Beginner Leagues

This league is designed for curlers with under five years of experience: those just starting out, families, and curlers who want a league experience.

An open league is for teams with any combination of men or women. There will be no games played on days when bonspiels are scheduled (dates TBA). Hopefully we can expand to two draws when our learn to curl league completes in late November. The second draw would be at 2:00 pm and teams would then alternate draw times.

Draw time: 11:45 am.

An open league is for teams with any combination of men or women.  Come up to our lounge after your game to discuss your game and get to know your fellow curlers. There will be no games played on days when bonspiels are scheduled (dates TBA). 

This league will be part of the Sunday open league. Novice curlers will all start in the same division joined by a few lower-seeded teams from the Sunday Open league if needed to fill the draw. As the season proceeds your team will have a chance to move up into another division. If enough teams register it is possible for a complete separate novice league that may expand to two draws.

Draw times 10:00 am and 12:30 pm
