Stick Curling Leagues
What is stick curling?
Stick curling provides challenge and excitement for curlers of all ages. Great for curlers transitioning from the traditional game or new curlers. Rocks are delivered from a standing position with a delivery stick. the game is appropriate for curlers with physical limitations and disabilities as well.
Each team is comprised of two players and may be any combination of men and women. There is no need to go up and down the ice. One curler from each team stays at each end of the ice throughout the game, delivering rocks one end and then skipping the next. Sweeping is minimal as there is no sweeping between the hog lines. It's a quick game - six ends and only an hour long.
